Day 41 of #100DaysOfSelfLove

Ten years ago I weighed 205 lbs. I’ve lost 60 lbs over the last ten years. My health and wellness journey has been one of the biggest lessons in self-love that I’ve had. It’s still a daily choice to eat well and exercise. Some day are easier than others... some days the gluten-free cookies at Erewhon win and that’s totally fine because I now have balance. My journey with my health and wellness has ultimately taught me balance, which has thankfully seeped into other areas of my life as well.
